1. Each regular paper presentation will be allocated in 15-minute slots. Presenters must give 10-12 minutes for the presentation + 3-5 minutes for discussion with the audience.
Remark: An invited paper presentation will have a 30-minute slot, including presentation and Q&A.
2. Each Meeting room will have a laptop with software tools (like PowerPoint and PDF Reader), a data projector, and a presentation screen. We recommend that presenters bring a USB drive with a copy of their presentations.
In case, you bring your own presentation device, we provide a standard HDMI connection.
3. Please arrive early to test the presentation equipment and familiarize yourself with the setup.
4. No-Show Policy:
All accepted and registered papers must be presented on the conference date according to the schedule announced. The paper, without a presenter, will be marked as
“NO SHOW,” and the manuscript will be excluded from the e-Proceedings and not submitted to the IEEE Xplore database.
